"Attending TAG was awesome, and it would have been even better with more people in the room. I did not know what to expect. 'The main reason I chose to attend TAG - The Acronym game was to gain a new skill in the marketing area. "Why did I attend Communication Cafe? I sold Janet her home and I wanted to know more about what she did. The main benefit I received is to feel safe and confident about delivering my business message and, that it is okay to be me. The content is engaging. "This training was good. I felt outside my comfort zone with having to do story telling, but I did it and enjoyed it. I wasn't sure what to expect, as it had been a long time since. I was comfortable being on stage speaking or acting (high school days). The feedback from others in the room was that I am a natural and Janet said she picked up some good body moves she will take on board for stories in the future. I chose to attend to improve myself in areas lacking, such as how to articulate myself better. What I received and achieved is the ability to be more clearer in the delivery of my messages. In addition I learnt that I speak too softly and I realised where that came from so am going to work on that."

"When Janet offered me the opportunity to attend Communication Cafe, it was an 'Oh Yes Please!' I attended another of Janet's 'Learn-by-Doing training programs earlier this year and so was very excited that she had developed one specific to building skills in communication. I needed this training as I wanted to learn more about the four personality profiles, how they work and how they work together as knew this would assist me with communicating with my team at work. This has been huge for me and very eye opening. I was confronted and outside my comfort zone with working from the front of the room, but Janet makes it fun and easy, and I got, that many of us fear the same things. I surprised myself in having fun telling and sharing a story. To see the difference in attendees standing up and speaking about themselves and their business in the normal way and then deliver the content using tonality, body postures and even just a little bit of movement walking the floor space has an incredible effect on the audience. She taught us how to get an audience on our side. I walked away from this training knowing I will walk differently into work, and that my ability to understand and communicate with others is at another level. Seriously who would not benefit from this training? If you are a team leader, supervisor, manager or owner of a business this training is for you."

"I attended Treasure or Treason because staff at my work-place had previously attended and appeared to get a lot out of their participation. The non-classroom environment put me at ease. Participants don't realise they are learning new skills in this game but this is a serious learning environment. A fabulous way to up-skill and the training was fast, fun and challenging. It also allowed for being creative."

"I was unsure that the training would provide all that was promised and a little nervous that staff members response from participating would be positive. We wanted our staff to gain an improvement in team dynamics and performance. That they gain and choose to look for and appreciate others, along with a better understanding of one another. We hoped that our staff would identify the unique strengths that each of us bring to the table.
What was achieved is a much more positive outlook on challenges. There is a noticeable improvement in patience between team members and we now see them taking on a supportive role between one another. I would recommend this training to all care providers because it supports the individual and the team. Our staff have learnt to look at and understand how and why they function, before ultimately providing support on to clients. I see this training as an investment in our team, promoting and strengthening their capabilities to further increase the quality of service we provide in the community."

I participated in the excelucation education program 'Treasure or Treason ~ Pirates Wanted' as I wished to support the growth and development of Circus Kumarani team. "I was scared of being judged but decided to attend as a previous participant said it was really good training. The benefits received included learning to negotiate and ask questions. A big thing for me is an appreciation of and importance of being clear when giving and receiving instructions. "I am a give it a go opportunist. I chose to attend because I knew it was going to be something different. I enjoyed being part of a team and being able to work with others on a project. We didn't know each other prior to the event, but we fast learnt how to work together and be able to learn from each other. This training is an excellent team building program. I approached Janet for assistance as I was not able to relax, as I had lots to do. I felt I was always rushing to catch up. Janet asked me questions in such a way that I was able to identify and declare the real issue behind what was going on. It was a relief and a wake up, when I was able to realise and relate to the issues that had been holding me back. I find I am doing less rushing around since my session with Janet, which included a relaxing Hypnosis experience. I now work on what needs to be addressed and am able to stay focused on a task until completion. Prior to Hypnosis with Janet I was easily distracted. I have set personal guidelines and find I stick to them. I have more time for me and have been able to add in some things that have been on my want to do list but were in the 'when I have time ~ hope basket'.
