and confident communicators.

When it comes to organising Royal Celebrations, Lady Melissa Speaks-A-Lot is the best of the best. But she can’t do it all on her own, so she needs help from the Queen’s loyal subjects to communicate with each other so they can complete some important tasks for her. 

From managers to supervisors, employees and even salespeople (who want to build a rapport quickly with their clients), Communication Cafe can be a half or full-day program and will enable attendees to retain what they learn through ‘doing’.

By learning key communication skills, including personal profiling, understanding yourself and others, and how to communicate with people who think and do life differently to you, participants will have a range of learning outcomes from this fun, yet highly-impactful program:

  • Build rapport between staff members.  
  • Build confidence and competence in speaking and presenting. 
  • Become familiar with the core foundations of being an effective face-to-face communicator in a ‘one to one’ or a ‘one to many’ situation. 
  • Through completing his/her own REACH Personality Profile, each participant will get to know and own their own personality style. 
  • Gain an appreciation of others with a different profile to them.

The course includes: 

• REACH Communication and Personality Profile assessment 

• Why sometimes there is unintentional misunderstanding, miscommunication and upset between self and others 

• Self-talk including the negative and the positive 

• Respect for self and others 

• Self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness 

• Delivering constructive feedback 

• Dealing with negative feedback 

• Teamwork

• Email etiquette 

• Gaining an appreciation and understanding of people with a profile different to your own 

• Learning the preferred language style of people with a profile different to your own 

• Introduction to and use of body postures 

• Recognising and consciously apply body language when in communication with others 

• Introduction to storytelling 

• Stand up speaking 

• Gain confidence and competence in delivering a clear message to an audience

• Fun ‘Learn-by-Doing’ activities to build communication confidence, and competence.

Please note:

REACH Personality Profiling is an integral part of the Communication Café training program and is included in the training fee. The participant will receive a copy of their own REACH Profile.

This team building training may be attended by individuals from different workplaces and/or teams of people from within an organisation. The training is not specific to any work environment, but the experience and skills gained may be applied in the participant/attendee's work environment.

We use (RRT) Rapid Results Technology principles to educate and facilitate participant personal and professional development.
